La Jolla Cove Suites

A project that encompasses multiple phases of renewing and upgrading an iconic hotel in one of the most trafficed and scenic areas of La Jolla.  Phase one, The Pines building, has been completed and can be seen and occupied by perspective guests.  Phase two, Club cove and the roof top bar and restaurant, is currently underway and should see completion by summer 2021

Biltmore Apartments 

The conversion of one of Birdrock's most iconic hotels, into 10 studio and 4 one bedroom apartments.  Originally built in the 1950s, the Biltmore was long overdue for a upgrade and with the help of our team and the vision of Frontis Architecture, the Biltmore will have new life.
